Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Verizon MMDD Specialist to join our Talley team in Corona CA!

Summary:
The Senior Verizon MMDD Specialist is responsible for managing Verizon MMDD pricing contract files and matrices. Support relationships with Verizon Sourcing and Supply Chain teams. Collaborate on reporting aligned with Verizon Service Level Agreement (SLA). Generate dashboards for market and product trend visibility.

What You'll Do:

 

  • Manage the Verizon MMDD Program pricing contract files in collaboration with the Verizon Sourcing team, ensuring that all costs, sell prices, and margins are accurate and aligned
  • Review margin reports to identify and address any necessary pricing updates
  • Audit data to verify that pricing on quotes and orders align with contract files, ensuring compliance
  • Maintain the rebate and sell price match matrix (CPG) codes in Prelude
  • Collaborate with the Manager of VZ MMDD, Purchasing, and Pricing teams to support vendor and parts-related needs
  • Provide information to the E-commerce team: Add Verizon-related products and assist Verizon MMDD Director in creating and maintaining BOMs and Verizon Wireless-related sales sheets for contractors and sales staff
  • Create and Deliver Reports: Generate accurate and timely, daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per SLA requirements with Verizon, as well as any reports requested by Supply Chain/Sourcing
  • Collaborative Reporting: Work collaboratively across the organization to collect, assimilate, and deliver reporting aligned to Customer Service Level Agreement (SLA). These reports will include the Verizon Weekly Deck as well as any of the other Verizon Supply Chain or Sourcing requested reports
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and report performance against KPI's and provide updates for stakeholders. Collaborate with the Verizon MMDD Director on creating dashboards to provide better visibility on market/national sales and product trends.
  • Automation: Automate data collection and report creation processes wherever possible
  • Documentation: Document processes and procedures on an ongoing basis
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What You'll Need

  • 1+ years of experience managing vendor pricing contracts or rebates 1+ years of sales experience, a plus
  • High School or GED - Required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proficiency in Epicor Prelude and MITS
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize, with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
  • Must have a complete understanding of intermediate Math skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel)
  • A passion for improving systems and streamlining workflows
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for accuracy and efficiency Organized, resourceful, and ready to take ownership

For the state of California only, the pay range is $27.91 - $34.88, depending upon qualifications, experience, and other considerations permitted by law.
