**Position Overview:**
The Director of Facility Operations will lead and oversee all aspects of facility management within our organization. This key leadership role is responsible for the strategic planning, development, and implementation of facility operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and optimal functioning of all facilities. **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Leadership & Strategy:**
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance facility operations and overall organizational effectiveness.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of facility management professionals.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align facility operations with organizational goals.

- **Facility Management:**
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of all facilities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Develop and manage budgets related to facility operations, optimizing resource allocation.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifecycle of facility equipment and infrastructure.

- **Compliance & Safety:**
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to facility operations.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures that promote a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify and address safety hazards.

- **Project Management:**
- Lead facility renovation and construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other external stakeholders to achieve facility objectives.

- **Sustainability Initiatives:**
- Develop and implement sustainability and environmental initiatives to minimize the organization's carbon footprint.
- Promote energy-efficient practices within facilities to reduce operating costs and environmental impact.

- **Reporting & Analysis:**
- Prepare and present reports on facility operations, budgets, and project statuses to senior management and stakeholders.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement in facility operations.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in facility management, engineering, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in facility management or operations, with [Y] years in a leadership role.
