**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Concierge to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a warm demeanor, and a genuine desire to assist others. As a Front Desk Concierge, you will be responsible for managing guest inquiries, providing information about the facility and surrounding area, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage reservations, check-in, and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Provide guests with information regarding services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including taxis, shuttles, and car rentals.
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing file systems and guest records.
- Collaborate with various departments to provide a seamless guest experience.
- Stay informed about local events, dining options, and activities to offer personalized recommendations.
- Uphold security and confidentiality for all guest information.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or customer service training is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with a calm and professional attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Marriott, etc.).
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest service.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
