Overview

BlueWater Federal is looking for an Administrative Support Specialist to support the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) which consists of a Headquarters (HQ) organization at the Washington Navy Yard and a variety of technical and industrial organizations.


Responsibilities

  • Schedule, coordinate, and record minutes for project meetings.
  • Assist government with creating metrics on facilities functions.
  • Support the Zoning Authority Board meetings by preparing for and documenting meetings, follow up on action items, draft and coordinate signatures on seating MOUs and post to proper drive; update website; conduct best practice research and ensure ZAB members notebook documentation is current.
  • Support Workspace Management with metrics development and testing, Archibus report research and testing, Zoning Authority report testing, support, and document Brown Bag meetings, maintain Workspace Management website content.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy files on designated shared drive.
  • Document SOP's and Processes

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of administrative experience which includes a background in creating/updating SOPs, creating presentations in PowerPoint and the ability to use Office products (i.e., Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Must have at least an active DOD Public Trust clearance.
