Overview

Bluewater Federal is looking for an Operations Support Specialist to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Philadelphia, PA

 

As the Operations Support Specialist, you will provide administrative, logistical, and program support to ensure timely coordination of meetings, documentation, reports, and communication across technical teams, supporting both contract management and mission operations.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Maintain program schedules, calendars, and action item trackers.
  • Support documentation control, file management, and process standardization.
  • Assist with travel orders, vouchers, and GFP tracking.
  • Coordinate teleconferences, training events, and cybersecurity working groups.
  • Provide administrative assistance for monthly progress and financial reporting.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in administrative or program support roles. Experience supporting NAVSEA or NSWCPD programs is preferred
  • Must have an active or Interim Secret clearance.
  • Familiarity with GFP tracking systems, WAWF, and eCRAFT is preferred.
