The Environment and Social Management and Advisory (ESMA) team at Tetra Tech Coffey have over 50 years' experience in delivering large-scale and technically complex environmental and social impact assessments across the Asia-Pacific region. About the role
As part of the ESMA team you'll be working with a collaborative and diverse group of professionals with a passion for delivering challenging and complex environmental and social assessment projects and developing innovative and tailored solutions for our clients.
As an Associate, you'll take ownership of project delivery, managing client relationships and ensuring technical excellence across environmental and social impact assessments, approvals and management plans.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and manage project delivery from proposal through to completion for environmental and social impact assessments and related environmental approval documentation and environmental management plans.
Manage client relationships and participate in stakeholder engagement
Be responsible for project budgets and schedules
Develop your skills and experience in a supportive environment under the guidance and mentoring of our Principals
Work with Tetra Tech's experts across the globe
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to early-career consultants
Contribute to business development and proposal preparation
Drive quality, safety and innovation in project execution
About you
You'll bring:
Degree qualifications in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering or related field
7+ years' relevant consulting experience with proven project management capability
Strong technical expertise in impact assessment
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A collaborative approach and passion for quality outcomes
