We are currently looking for a Civil Engineer, EIT, to provide engineering design and construction support for our Frisco, CO group. Typical projects include a wide variety of technical design including water, wastewater, stormwater, transportation, and civil infrastructure projects for municipal and private clients. 

 

 

Your Role

  • Water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure design that includes permitting, hydraulic design, storm drain systems, water distribution, and sanitary sewer collection systems
  • Site planning and transportation facility design that includes permitting, highway, street, recreation paths, grading and erosion control
  • Perform conceptual and detailed design calculations and analyses
  • Support preparation of detailed engineering reports and supporting documents
  • Support preparation of construction drawings, specifications and cost estimates
  • Ensure standard engineering practices and inclusion of appropriate documentation on various reports and design projects
  • Evaluate alternatives, resolve technical issues and interface with other engineering disciplines
  • Resolve questions, plan, coordinate, and execute work in a safe, timely, cost effective and compliant manner
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) certification required.
  • 1+ years of experience required.
  • Experience in AutoCAD/Civil 3D preferred. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Project required. 
  • This position could require periodic travel, approximately 15% or more

 

Salary Range: $66,000 to $83,500 depending on experience
