Tetra Tech is adding a Logistics Specialist to our Logistics team based in Orlando, Florida. This is an in-office, project-based role based out of our Orlando office which could move to hybrid schedule in time.

Your Role:
Tetra Tech's Disaster Response Division (TDR) is currently hiring for a Logistics Purchasing Specialist.
Responsibilities include:
· Purchase of requested supplies and resources to support field operations, office staff and other TDR departments.
· Tracking shipped and purchased goods to destination and reporting of delays.
· Perform credit card reconciliation, financial tracking and documentation of orders.
· Data and reporting collection capabilities regarding all project purchases.
· Support logistics team members with functions such as travel coordination, warehouse operation, and ground support.
· Work in a safe manner always and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.
· Other duties as assigned.
· Participate in the analysis and improvement of supply chain processes.
· Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft applications.
Education:
Bachelor's degree
Qualifications:
· 1-3 yrs purchasing experience.
· Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
· Must be able to work out of Orlando (Maitland) warehouse.
· Must be able to lift and carry 25-30 lbs.
· Able to work well with others in a project team environment.
· Must be able to work long-hours on short notice, including occasional weekends, to support emergency response field operations.
· Position may require travel, sometimes on short notice, depending on project requirements.
