Your Role:
- Administer Templafy
- Provide guidance on layout and styles of documentation
- Create and update templates
- Understand backend functionality of Templafy
- Troubleshoot and execute workaround solutions during developer fixes and upgrades.
- Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.
- Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness.
- Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.
- Additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Specific experience of Templafy, development and support
- Intermediate to Advanced Word and PowerPoint skills with knowledge of:
- working within brand styles and guidelines
- formatting and rebranding documents
- use, edit and import of predetermined styles
- understanding of section breaks and their effect on headers/footers
- manipulation of image placement on the page
- creating/editing master slides
Experience of using Office 365 and other business systems.
Job type: Part Time, Temporary.
