Your Role: Tetra Tech is looking for a Senior Chemist to perform data validation on large scale federal facilities cleanup projects. This position requires the employee to be a U.S. Citizen due to the projects they will be working on.
Responsibilities:
• Perform data validation on analytical data for chemical and radioactivity in soil and water.
• Effectively communicate with the Project Manager and subcontractors.
• Work within quality/budget/schedule expectations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in chemistry or related field.
• 15+ years of experience as a chemist in the environmental engineering field.
Language & Communication Skills:
• Must be fluent in the English language – writing and speaking.
• All written documents and paperwork must be fully completed and able to be clearly understood.
Other Skills:
Must be fluent in the use of Microsoft Windows applications including Word and Excel.
