Key responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver high-quality inclusion-focused technical solutions, fostering growth in domestic and international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships, driving ethical business development and strategic proposal pursuits.
  • Oversee proposal development, budgeting, staffing, and collaboration with internal teams and external consultants.
  • Manage project teams, mentor staff, and promote a culture of learning, development, and effective communication.
  • Coordinate GEDSI community activities, enhancing collaboration and knowledge sharing among professionals.
  • Ensure proposals meet technical standards and business goals, steering bid pricing and revenue target achievement.

Selection criteria

  • Relevant degree in Social Sciences, Human Rights, or equivalent experience with 5+ years in inclusion, justice, and transformation fields.
  • Strong project management, business development, and client engagement experience in international and domestic development sectors.
  • Skilled in applying intersectionality, gender equality, and disability inclusion principles to program design and tender development.
  • Proficient in quantitative and qualitative research, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing abilities.
  • Knowledgeable of Australian Government Aid Program, DFAT GEDSI, Child Protection, and PSEAH policies.
  • Service-oriented, adaptable team player with strong interpersonal skills, confidentiality, advocacy for diversity, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
