Your Role:
Project Support & Coordination
Work closely with project managers and technical leads to help deliver projects on time and within scope. You'll assist with planning, design, scheduling, and coordination for projects focused on stormwater quality, green infrastructure (GI), and low impact development (LID). You'll also contribute to quality assurance and quality control efforts on client deliverables.Technical Design & Analysis
Support the design and development of stormwater infrastructure projects, ensuring work meets regulatory requirements and project goals. You'll prepare calculations, design plans, technical reports, cost estimates, and other project documentation while collaborating across disciplines.Learning Project Management
Gain exposure to project management principles by assisting with tracking budgets, schedules, and deliverables. You'll learn how to balance multiple priorities and see firsthand how projects move from concept to construction.Collaboration & Mentorship

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Master's a plus) in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- Registered PE in Florida, preferred. EIT required.
- 4+ years of progressive experience conducting flood studies (concept through implementation) and analysis of stormwater/water resources projects for municipalities in Florida. Work in other regions of the country a plus.
- Experience as Engineer of Record for the construction of stormwater/water resources projects
- Ability to partner with multi-disciplined team of engineers and designers in the preparation of construction, drawings, details, specifications, calculations, and engineers estimate of probable construction costs.

Working knowledge of water quality regulations and the Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) program
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
