Reports To: Scheduling Manager   Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Scheduler to coordinate and optimize butane truck movements across our pipeline and terminal network. This role is critical in ensuring efficient logistics execution, maintaining inventory balance, and delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and excels at managing multiple priorities while collaborating across teams.   Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily scheduling and execution of butane truck movements Manage carrier nominations and ensure accurate, timely product delivery Partner with trading teams to monitor inventory positions and support execution decisions Monitor terminal and pipeline activity to optimize schedules and address disruptions Analyze operational data and provide reporting to support scheduling and trading activities Communicate scheduling updates, delays, and issues to internal and external stakeholders Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipment status, scheduling, and ticketing Support ticket reconciliation and ensure accurate, timely data for month-end close in coordination with Accounting and Settlements Collaborate with Operations and Transportation teams to improve efficiency and cost performance   Skills & Qualifications: Experience in transportation scheduling, logistics, or supply chain operations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify issues, and make informed decisions Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with internal teams, carriers, and customers Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment High level of attention to detail in scheduling, documentation, and data management Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP/TMS systems Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday scheduling Experience in the energy or midstream industry preferred Bachelor's degree preferred (not required)
