We are looking for a skilled OB/GYN physician with a strong background in women's health to provide direct patient care to our diverse in-patient population. In this role, you will work closely with the department's Chair and Program Director to develop a dynamic resident training clinical practice, meet OB/GYN Residency requirements, and provide administrative, clinical, and academic services. Additionally, you will be involved in GME activities for fellows, residents, and medical students, including lectures, preceptorship, and small group teaching. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing, treating, and making referrals, conducting unit rounds, supervising residents, and providing after-hours and weekend on-call coverage.

To be successful in this position, the following are required:

  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.)
  • Completion of residency/fellowship training in OB/GYN as certified by ABMS
  • NYS Licensed Physician with at least 2 years relevant work experience
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Strong familiarity with competency-based curriculum for residency training
  • ACLS/BCLS certifications and current DEA number
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and management skills
