Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to expand our reach and drive sales of The Great Game of Business services and products. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships over the phone, via email, and through virtual meetings, connecting with potential and existing clients to promote our offerings and secure new business opportunities.

What You'll Do

Build Relationships and Drive Engagement

  • Proactively Connect: Initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients through outbound calls, follow-up emails, and creative outreach strategies.
  • Cultivate Relationships: Build trust and credibility with prospective and existing clients through consistent, personalized communication that nurtures long-term partnerships.
  • Foster Engagement: Represent The Great Game of Business with enthusiasm and professionalism, championing our mission to transform workplaces worldwide.

Present Solutions and Deliver Results

  • Showcase Solutions: Lead dynamic Zoom meetings and presentations that demonstrate how our coaching services, workshops, and tools can drive tangible results for businesses.
  • Master the Methodology: Develop a deep understanding of The Great Game of Business products and principles to clearly communicate their value to clients.

Manage Opportunities and Achieve Growth

  • Qualify Leads: Identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities from marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Drive Revenue: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by transforming leads into loyal customers and identifying new growth opportunities.

 Collaborate and Optimize

  • Collaborate with Purpose: Partner closely with sales, marketing, and coaching teams to align on client engagement strategies and deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Track and Optimize: Use CRM tools to monitor client interactions, track performance, and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes and refine strategies.

 

What you'll bring

Proven Experience and Expertise

  • A strong track record in sales, account management, or business development, with demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom) to manage accounts, track progress, and facilitate client interactions.

Exceptional Communication and Relationship-Building Skills

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building trust and credibility with clients at all levels.
  • A natural ability to nurture relationships and create meaningful connections that drive long-term success.

Drive and Organization

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for achieving goals.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Adaptability and Eagerness to Learn

  • Familiarity with the principles of The Great Game of Business, or a strong eagerness to learn and adopt our methodology.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and embrace innovative approaches to selling and client engagement.
