 About the Role

As our Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for administering key coaching programs, tracking, and analyzing data, and ensuring smooth execution of coaching initiatives. You'll work closely with the Director of Coaching & Content to oversee program performance, enhance reporting processes, and support coaching and training staff in delivering exceptional services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

 Program Execution & Coordination

  • Oversee all aspects of the Healthy Company Program, including strategic planning, communication, promotion, and the judging process.
  • Ensure seamless integration of the Healthy Company Program with Coaching initiatives.
  • Administer the CEU Program, tracking certifications, assigning credits, and distributing certificates.
  • Maintain the Quality Assurance Program, ensuring evaluations are conducted and key insights are compiled for continuous improvement.

 Data Management & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on key Coaching implementation metrics, including survey results, SageWorks reports, and Employee Scorecard reports.
  • Oversee the Employee Practice Scorecard process, from scheduling and data collection to analysis and reporting.
  • Implement and optimize survey methodologies, enhance response rates, and apply data insights to drive program improvements.
  • Communicate data and research findings in a clear, engaging, and accessible way, ensuring insights are easily understood by diverse audiences.

 Cross-Team Collaboration & Operational Support

  • Coordinate schedules, track deadlines, and manage internal processes to ensure seamless execution of coaching initiatives.
  • Support the Coaching & Content team by providing accurate data insights, refining reporting processes, and maintaining quality assurance checkpoints.
  • Act as a central point of contact for coaching staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools, reports, and resources to deliver high-quality services to clients.

 What You Bring to the Table

 Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in program coordination, data management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, survey platforms, and data tracking tools
  • Ability to analyze and present data effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with a bias for action—thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and drives projects forward with confidence and urgency

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with survey design, certification tracking, or coaching programs
  • Experience managing CEUs and quality assurance programs
  • Familiarity with The Great Game of Business® methodologies and a passion for open-book management, financial literacy, and employee engagement.
