Description/Practice: -This will be a pure, 100% EP position with a mix of outpatient and inpatient clinic and consultative work. Call - Call duties are equitable and shared equally among all physicians, including interventional, non-invasive, and EP. Typical weekend call q6 weekend and Q6 weekday - Additional ED Call opportunity to increase compensation, independent of base salary. Founded in 1971, The Heart group is the largest and oldest private and independent practice cardiology group from Sacramento to Los Angeles with 9 board-certified cardiologists (5 Interventionalist, 2 Heart Failure specialists, and 1 electrophysiologists), 8 NPs, and 2 PAs, we currently care for more than 40,000 active patients, with hundreds being added monthly. In contrast with majority of cardiology practices which offer employed positions, we are completely independent and owned by our physicians affording our physicians complete autonomy. We offer a balanced practice with outpatient and inpatient care opportunities. We utilize state of the art EPIC EMR & Cloud based Echo/NUC reading. Currently, patients are managed in two outpatient offices located on the campuses of the two major hospitals that we serve (Saint Agnes and Clovis Community Hospital), but we anticipate completion of our state-of-the-art outpatient medical office in 2025-2026 St Agnes is a 400-bed private hospital and STEMI receiving center with four cardiac catheterization labs (including EP Lab) and 5 lab starting construction in Fall 2024 Clovis Community is currently a 300-bed hospital with 4 cardiac Cath labs and one EP lab
