As the ideal candidate, you'll conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings. You'll deliver therapy services to students both individually and in group settings, collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' communication needs. Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary will be key responsibilities, alongside maintaining accurate records of therapy sessions and progress reports.

**Requirements:**
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
- State license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
