Tom Wood Jaguar, in Indianapolis, IN is looking for a Porter to join our team! The ideal candidate will be the backbone of our operations and ensure our business operates like a well-oiled machine
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide excellent customer service in all customer contact situations.
- Greet customers and make their transition seamless from their vehicle to their designated Service Advisor
- Drive customer vehicles from the service drive to the workshop or parking lot
- Help maintain a clean work environment
- Other duties as assigned
- Collaborate with teammates providing top-notch customer service to increase profits and customer loyalty.
- Perform other job duties as assigned to meet business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Professional with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Maintains a high level of customer service, always being positive and outgoing.
- Team-oriented, flexible, and willing to learn.
- Has a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
