Overview:
As a Recruiting Manager, you will lead a small team of highly skilled recruiting professionals working on high-volume light industrial positions for SIMOS. Manage a team of up to 6 team members across several accounts for the organization based on the volume of the accounts and needs. You will coach, train, and ensure the support of that team along with ensuring site communications and cross-collaboration of teams that support our customers. This role will plan and lead activities to attract and maintain a pool of candidates within the markets to sustain proper staffing levels are fulfilled. Work with HR and internal ERG groups to ensure a happy and healthy workforce team. In this role, you will travel to markets for support as needed up to 25%.

Essential Job Functions:
- Hire and Manage Recruitment team members to support the operations
- Responsible to implement staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions to build pipelines and ensure proper staffing levels
- Train and Coach the team on recruiting processes
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure our internal systems and compliance requirements are met
- Promote utilization of resources and knowledge learnings to gain for an efficient and effective team.
- Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates
- Manage and monitor Job Codes and information to present the best advertising and attraction campaigns/ partner with recruitment marketing
- Review and analyze all recruiting data
- Collaborate with operations and implementation peak plans and SOPs
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of recruiting industry experience along with 2+ years of Leadership, Mentorship, or Supervisory experience and HR training
- Experience in training, leadership, and coaching
- Experience using candidate management systems (ATS, CRM, etc.)
- Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent customer service, organization, and communication (both written and oral) skills
- Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
Salary Range: $62,000 - $65,000 annually, depending on experience and geographic location.
