The Marketing Program Manager plays a key role in supporting the co-workers of Union Health.
The Marketing Program Manager serves as a department leader and is responsible for ensuring the implementation the strategic efforts of the Marketing Department. Program managers develop marketing programs that can enhance the brand-building and branding efforts of Union Health. They define and deploy marketing projects that support the performance of the system's service lines. They support planning, development, implementation, and success monitoring marketing, communications, community relations, media relations, and digital strategies for the System.

Marketing Program Manager
Essential Job Duties:
- Experience with data analysis and social media platforms.
- Strategic problem-solver and an influencer with leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate success with employee and leadership engagement communications and
- Experience in developing internal communications programs, and marketing presentations.
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to develop marketing plans and service line development initiatives to develop new and existing business in accordance with the organization's strategic plan.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent project management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to include creative approaches to internal and external marketing and communication platforms. Must elicit a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Teams, Excel and Power Point.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or Business Administration required
- Master's degree in marketing, Communications, or Business Administration preferred
- Minimum of (5) years of progressive program leadership experience in marketing, corporate communications and public/media relations including a solid understanding of digital technology, industry trends and overall knowledge of media landscape.
- Strong work experience in driving the communication strategy in a fast-paced culture
- Previous senior executive experience preferred
- Healthcare experience is highly preferred.
