The expected pay range for this recruitment is $26.60 - $43.82 (Hourly Rate). The Full Salary Range for the salary grade this position is assigned to is $26.60 - $43.82 (Hourly Rate).

Required:
- Master's degree and/or experience in public health or clinical research preferred but not required..
- Minimum of 2 years of research experience required.
- Prior leadership and research experience with demonstrated independent responsibilities and activities.
- Ability to operate a networked PC in a Windows environment with proficiency in MS Word and Excel, with data entry skills.
- Experience in PowerPoint and Access desired.
- Ability to analyze a problem from inception to completion and provide suggested solutions.
- Clear and professional communication skills; verbal and written. Effective and professional interpersonal skills.
- Highly attentive to proper handling of confidential information and documents.
- Demonstrated experience implementing complex protocols with independence and critical attention to detail.
- Demonstrated evidence of successful multi-tasking and complex problem solving abilities.
- Ability to function well in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain accurate database files.
- Demonstrated extensive experience and demonstrated working knowledge in the proper handling of confidential information and documents.

- Bachelor's degree required.
- Biological sciences or management fields preferred.

- Valid California Driver's License and have daily access to car for all work hours
