- ONS Certification required for chemotherapy, oncology, and infusion RNs
- ACLS - Preferred for specialties as per job description or unit description
- BLS - Required for all candidates except specific positions
- PALS - Preferred for specialties per job description
- NRP - Required for NICU RNs and Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool RNs
- Additional certifications may be required depending on the unit and specialty

- The Inpatient Oncology unit located on 3 South is a 28 bed adult acute care hematology/oncology unit as well as a 15-bed intermediate care (IMU) Stem Cell Transplant Unit (SCTU)
- The nurse to patient ratio for 3 South is 1:4
- Days
- Can offer 36 or 48 hours
- 9/3 or 9/16 start
- 13 weeks
- Every other weekend, every other holiday
- Can approve 40 hours max for time off
- ONS required
- Can submit with second half of cert pending
- BLS, ACLS preferred not required
- Must adhere to UVAs float policy
- Can submit with VA license pending
- Must have Epic experience
