Job Summary The JSOM Administrative Support – Temporary position provides critical administrative support to the Career Management Center at the Jindal School of Management. This part-time role supports the internship approval process by reviewing submissions, ensuring compliance with established requirements, and communicating with students as needed. The position is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced academic environment.
Minimum Education and Experience
High school graduate or equivalent: Some college coursework or relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience working with database systems such as PeopleSoft is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Communicate with students to gather missing or incomplete information.
- Track and monitor the status of submissions to ensure timely processing.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to internship approvals.
- Provide general administrative support to the JSOM Career Management Center as needed.
