Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manages the day-to-day processes in the ACH Operations team, including scheduling, assigning, and monitoring tasks, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of ACH transactions.
- Ensure compliance with NACHA rules and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures, for all ACH activities, such as origination, receipt, returns, reversals, adjustments, disputes, and exceptions.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluation to the ACH Specialists, and identify opportunities for improvement and development.
- Handles complex or escalated ACH issues and provides resolution and guidance to the ACH Specialists and other stakeholders.
- Analyze and report on ACH data and metrics, and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in ACH projects and initiatives, such as system enhancements, process improvements, and contingency planning.
- Stay updated on the latest ACH industry developments and ensure the ACH department is prepared for any changes or updates.
