
Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead various business transformation initiatives aimed at achieving the bank's strategic and financial objectives.
- Use consistent change management methodologies to:
- Complete current state assessments.
- Identify areas needing improvement, open issues, systems deficiencies, etc.
- Develop alternative solution scenarios.
- Secure approval for the optimal solutions.
- Develop and implement a project plan, cost estimates, timelines, etc.
- Drive full execution across the business/functions.
- Facilitate team meetings, cross-functional workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, etc.
- Serve as a liaison between business units, operation, IT on projects that involve multiple organizations or business units within the bank.
- Provide management with updates on project status, key metrics, issues, and risks, on a regular basis. Maintain accurate and thorough project documentation and record keeping.
- Oversee the departments involvement in special assignments, i.e. mergers and acquisitions, new system implementations, the build out of the Enterprise Data Hub, and ad-hoc crisis-type situations.
- Support other areas of the bank by providing coaching on business transformation methodologies, processes and tools.
- Comply with all regulations pertaining to BSA, USA PATRIOT ACT, and OFAC. Complete annual BSA training. Report suspicions of criminal activity, or any attempt to avoid BSA reporting requirements on the part of customers or employees, to the AML/BSA Compliance Department. Ensure BSA training requirements are completed by staff.
