
Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manages the loan client relationships and lending inquiries for Concierge Borrowers. Assures loan applications, approvals and closings meet or exceed timing expectations. Primary Contact for life of loan and relationship.
- Handles complex loan inquiries for all Valley Departments and Markets and assists the Concierge Banking Manager and Market/Regional President with assigned relationships.
- Analyzes and reviews loan documents to ensure completeness and makes loan product, pricing and structure determination.
- Represent the Bank with borrowers, borrower's representatives, consultants, attorneys, and title companies by attending loan closings as needed to ensure loans are properly closed and documented.
- Works with assigned clients and loans to resolve issues that may arise with documentation, exceptions or funding's to ensure loans follow policy guidelines, documentation, and exception parameters.
- Communicates with external entities (i.e. clients, Attorneys, Appraisers, Title Companies, etc.) on behalf of Valley.
- Communicates with internal partners to assess scenario and establish expectations.
- Create recommended solutions and proposed terms with appropriate discounts, and service level commitment.
