Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Define and execute product strategy for the Consumer products.
- Identify market trends and customer insights to guide product innovation.
- Oversee product lifecycle management, including launches, enhancements and retirements.
- Develop pricing strategies for deposit and lending products to optimize margin and growth.
- Monitor interest rate environments and competitive benchmarks to adjust pricing.
- Partner with Finance to analyst profitability and ensure alignment with P&L targets.
- Ensure all products and pricing structures comply with federal and state banking regulations.
- Collaborate with Compliance and Risk teams to maintain adherence to policies and procedures.
- Utilize data analytics to assess product performance, customer behavior, and pricing effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports for executive leadership on product profitability and market competitiveness.
