Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare, review and issue space programming deliverables.
- Support seat management database updates and maintenance.
- Analysis of headcount and seat count and work with stakeholders to define demand and adjacency requirements.
- Gather baseline data for blocking, stacking, and phasing plans.
- Prepare basic AutoCAD and revise as planning evolves.
- Develop stack diagrams and color-coded departmental floor plans.
- Compile space surveys, end user interviews, and program analysis.
- Analyze space requirements for various lines of business and assist in developing roadmap for key locations.
- Provide conceptual space plans and recommendations.
- Produce drawings and presentations for internal stakeholders and managers.
- Conduct analysis and review of buildings and areas impacted by moves.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with department representatives.
- Coordinate space and system furniture planning efforts with department representatives.
- Partner with architects, IT, project management, facilities, and
sustainability teams. - Develop executive level presentations.
- Engage in post occupancy support and process improvement.
