We're looking for a Physician Assistant to join our Podiatry Department. The position will entail the care and management of post-operative patients. Additionally, the successful candidate will work in partnership with our podiatrists in a clinic, ambulatory surgery center (ASC), and hospital environment. Duties include surgical assisting in the ASC and hospital, clinic office visits (wound care, post-operative care, and diabetic education), and shared rounding responsibilities at Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center. The podiatry department currently consists of 5 Podiatrists and two Nurse Practitioners. We are part of the musculoskeletal division that includes orthopedic surgery, pain medicine, physical therapy and non-operative sports medicine.

Additional details:

• $10,000 starting bonus
• Compensation base on years of experience ranging from $138,485 - $168,510
• Full-time, 5 day 8 hr. or 4 day 10 hr. schedule with shared call responsibility (No night, weekend, or holiday call responsibilities)
• Wound care or surgical experience preferred but will consider all candidates
• Certification with NCCPA, ability to obtain Washington licensure, and DEA licensure required
