Responsibilities
Lifestyle Director
An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic, highly organized professional with a strong background in event planning and experiential programming to lead the Lifestyle Department for our Independent Living residents. The Lifestyle Director is responsible for designing, developing, and executing enriching, engaging programs that enhance quality of life and promote connection, wellness, and lifelong learning. This role oversees transportation services, fitness programming and signature lifestyle experiences focused on brain vitality and experiential learning. In addition to hands-on program development, the Lifestyle Director supervises and mentors a team of lifestyle professionals, fostering a collaborative and resident-centered culture. In this role, the Lifestyle Director is a key member of the community's leadership team and collaborates closely with fellow cabinet members to ensure cohesive, high-quality programming that supports the overall resident experience. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating meaningful experiences for older adults.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates should possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in program development and program management with prior supervisory responsibility preferred. The ideal candidate is a creative leader who thrives at the intersection of logistics, people management, and purpose driven programming. We are seeking someone who can turn ideas into memorable experiences that enhance quality of life and lifelong learning for an active senior population.
Must possess a valid and current driver's license, where applicable. Current CPR certification is required or must be willing and able to become CPR certified.
Additional requirements include:
* Excellent presentation and communication skills with strong oral, written and platform speaking skills.
* Computer skills including proficiency in MS Office.
* Experience with planning and implementation of large and small-scale events.

Pay Range
USD $90,343.40 - USD $110,000.00 /Yr.
