Overview
As a Sr. Production Analyst Manager, you will be responsible for collecting data from various platforms, analyzing results using statistical techniques and critical thinking, to help create solutions and enhance our overall efficiency. Through your analysis, you will contribute to the achievement of our organization's strategic goals and objectives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to various aspects of the supply chain, including purchase orders and style master data
- Leverage systems, data analytics tools, and other technology solutions to optimize data efficiency and quality
- Filter and clean master data by reviewing multiple data sets to locate and correct problems
- Work closely with management to prioritize projects and information needs
- Help to provide insights to improve process and identify opportunities
- Support direct team on specific reporting needs or analysis as needed
- Build templates and maintain ongoing reporting to ensure data integrity and efficiency
Build templates and manage PO upload in multiple systems. - Build reports, templates and cross check against systems to validate data.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate key indicators, findings, and recommendations to key stakeholders
- Provide insights and actionable recommendations to support decision making processes
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and implement data validation checks as it relates to data outputs from the supply chain
- Manage multiple mailboxes.
- Support production team on regional and licensee purchase order management.
- Support production in greige management.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, analytics, finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in production, demand planning, analyst role or business administration
- Prior experience in the garment industry a plus but not necessary
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Tableau or similar software
- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel required at an advanced level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning new tools and building process improvement
- Proactive and detail-oriented, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in all related activities
- Centric PLM, Full Circle, Infor Nexus: experience a plus but not required
- This position is in person in Costa Mesa, CA; however, with a limited WFH policy

Liberated Brands is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Costa Mesa, CA is $85,000 - $95,000. This position is hybrid and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location.
