Summary
Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a full-time (0.75 FTE) Ophthalmologist - Retina to join our Bellevue Medical Center team in Bellevue, Washington. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an integrated care delivery system that prioritizes evidence-based medicine, patient-centered care, and physician collaboration.
Our ophthalmologists provide comprehensive consultative and surgical services for a variety of eye diseases and problems including cataracts, age-related macular degeneration, eye muscle problems, glaucoma, and other serious eye disorders. Our award-winning team of board-certified ophthalmologists includes fellowship-trained subspecialists in pediatric ophthalmology, glaucoma, corneal disease, retina, oculoplastic and orbital disease.Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $566,674 to $666,676 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)
- Value-Based Incentives: Annual bonus based on organizational goals and quality metrics

Qualifications
- Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
- Required: Fellowship trained in Vitreoretinal surgery
- Ability to obtain: Unrestricted Federal DEA
- Ability to obtain: WA State Medical License
