Experienced Commercial Front Load & Roll Off Waste Supervisors – We Want to Talk to You….We are specifically looking for someone who understands that Commercial waste operations are about much more than getting trucks out of the yard.  You need to know how to lead drivers, manage routes, solve service problems, take care of customers, protect valuable contracts, and run an efficient operation.

The Experience We're Looking For

Our strongest candidates will have hands-on experience managing Front Load and/or Roll-Off operations within the waste and recycling industry.    You should understand:

  • Front Load and/or Roll-Off route operations
  • Commercial waste and recycling customers
  • Driver supervision and accountability
  • Routing, productivity and service efficiency
  • Customer complaints and service recovery
  • Commercial account and contract retention
  • DOT and operational safety requirements
  • Fleet and equipment coordination
  • Labor management and route coverage
  • Coaching, training and developing drivers

Commercial driving experience is a plus, but this is first and foremost an operations leadership position. We need someone who knows how to manage the business, not simply operate the truck.

Why Commercial Waste Experience Matters

  • Commercial customers have different expectations than residential collection.
Our Commercial Route Supervisors regularly interact with customers regarding service schedules, missed pickups, overloaded containers, access issues, contract concerns and changing service needs.
  • That means we're looking for a supervisor who can be both an operations leader and a strong customer advocate.
  • You'll need to know how to resolve problems quickly, communicate professionally and protect valuable customer relationships while representing Waste Pro.
  • There is also an important customer-retention and sales component to this position. Successful Commercial supervisors understand how great operations directly affect customer retention and revenue.

Why Waste Pro?

Waste Pro is committed to investing in our people, developing strong leaders, and promoting from within.

As a Roll-Off or Commercial Route Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to earn a quarterly safety bonus of up to $3,500 — up to $14,000 annually.  This incentive rewards supervisors who demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, leadership, operational excellence, and protecting our employees and the communities we proudly serve.

In addition to competitive compensation and bonus opportunities, Waste Pro offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield medical insurance with a pathway to FREE healthcare
  • Dental and vision insurance
  • Supplemental insurance options
  • Company-paid life insurance
  • 401(k) with generous company match
  • Paid vacation
  • Paid holidays
  • Paid sick time
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Paid training
  • Career advancement opportunities

Build your career with a company that values safety, leadership, customer service, and long-term growth.

As a Commercial Route Supervisor, you will oversee the safe, timely and cost-effective delivery of contracted services to Waste Pro's commercial customers.

  • Directly supervise Commercial drivers and daily route operations.
  • Meet with drivers at the beginning and end of their routes and communicate service, safety and equipment priorities.
