The Role

We're looking for an energetic and driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL. This isn't just about sales, it's about building relationships, solving problems, and making a real impact in the local community. You'll play a key role in expanding Waste Pro's presence in the area, working with businesses and residential clients to provide sustainable waste solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect & Grow: Identify new business opportunities and build long-lasting relationships with commercial, industrial, and residential clients in the West Palm Beach area.

  • Consult & Sell: Understand your clients' needs and recommend Waste Pro's services to meet those needs, from waste collection to recycling and disposal solutions.

  • Close Deals: Own the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.

  • Hit Your Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals, making a real difference for the business while earning great incentives.

  • Collaborate & Connect: Work closely with our operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless service experience.
