The ideal candidate will have a <u>working understanding of Psychiatric Rehabilitation philosophy</u> and rehabilitation counseling skills; experience working collaboratively as part of a therapeutic treatment team to support people in recovery. Administer, manage, and coordinate multiple projects at the NextChapter location. For a full description of benefit offerings, please visit: <a href="https://WellPower.org/workplace-of-choice/">https://WellPower.org/workplace-of-choice/</a>.</p> <p><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Support the people we serve and with basic computer troubleshooting</li> <li>Teach a variety of computer/technology classes, implement creative ways to advance the NextChapter program with technology</li> <li>Create required data reports for the NextChapter program</li> <li>Maintain and monitor local computers/technology</li> <li>Problem solve and ensure adherence to security procedures</li> <li>Serve as a liaison to the WellPower IT department to troubleshoot NextChapter needs</li> <li>Oversee in the implementation of new technologies in accordance with WellPower policies and procedures.</li> <li>Create and support required reports for IPS Fidelity, DVR and metrics. Complete data tracking in consultation with Business Intelligence.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Assist in the management of network infrastructure, including but not limited to network printers, copiers, fax machines, AV equipment, projectors, video conferencing equipment and secondary support for the telecommunication system.</li> <li>Direct workflow at NextChapter with the direction of the Program Manager.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Assist individuals with setting short and long-term learning and wellness goals</li> <li>Outreach and maintain a caseload of individuals engaged in services</li> <li>Complete data, reports and clinical documentation as required</li> <li>Coordinate care between the rehabilitation department and the clinical team</li> <li>Facilitate social activities and special events within the community and the program</li> <li>Support individuals with educational opportunities and trainings within the program and community</li> <li>Collaborate with individuals we serve to encourage engagement and support recovery</li> <li>Provide services with a Trauma-Informed approach and crisis intervention and de-escalation when needed</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed. Provide services with a trauma informed approach</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Perform other duties as assigned including assisting performance of other departmental functions. </li> </ul> <p><strong>EDUCATION:</strong> </p> <ul> <li><strong>PCI:</strong> High School Diploma or GED equivalence required; bachelor's degree preferred</li> <li><strong>PCII:</strong> Bachelor's degree in technology, education, human services or related field.</li> <li>Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner preferred or willing to become certified within a year.</li> </ul> <p><strong>EXPERIENCE:</strong> </p> <ul> <li><strong>PCI: </strong>Minimum of one year of experience working within behavioral health services & prior project coordination experience.</li> <li><strong>PCII: </strong>3-5 years of experience working within behavioral health services & prior project coordination experience.</li> </ul> <p> <strong>SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Knowledge or ability to learn and practice trauma-informed principles and practices.</li> <li>Good communication skills and organizational skills.</li> <li>Positive attitude and willingness to assist in a variety of tasks and assignments.</li> <li>Ability to handle tasks simultaneously.</li> <li>Ability to communicate with and assist a diverse population of clientele; (including seniors; mentally, emotionally, and physically disabled individuals and individuals from various backgrounds).</li> <li>Customer service-oriented with a genuine desire to assist clientele.</li> <li>Knowledge of office procedures and basic office equipment, business English and mathematics.</li> <li>Ability to give, receive, and analyze information, formulate work plans, prepare written material, and articulate goals and action plans.</li> <li>Have the ability to maintain efficiency and accuracy under pressure of deadlines and numerous interruptions throughout the workday.</li> <li>Self-starter and possess organizational and time-management skills.</li> <li>Ability to represent the agency in a favorable light at all times.</li> </ul> <p><strong>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong> As directed and in conjunction with Program Manager </p> <p><strong>MACHINES AND EQUIPMENT TO BE USED: </strong> Computers, calculators, fax machines, copiers, telephones, and a variety of other office/clerical equipment. </p> <p><strong>WORKING CONDITIONS: </strong> May require occasional evening or weekend hours.
