Offers will not exceed this range, the majority of candidates are placed near the midpoint based on experience and qualifications.</span></em><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p> <p><strong>Job Duties & Functions:</strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Order and interprets diagnostic and therapeutic tests</span></li> <li>Provide consultation to staff, participate in staff conferences and serve on committees.</li> <li>Prescribe appropriate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment modalities</li> <li>Function independently to perform appropriate history and physical for complex acute, critical, and chronically ill patients.</li> <li>Implement interventions to support the person in services to regain or maintain psychiatric stability</li> <li>Monitor the effectiveness of interventions.</li> <li>Facilitate the patient's transition within and between health care settings.</li> <li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members by making appropriate referrals.</li> <li>Complete medical records and reports, and provide needed referrals to medical services.</li> <li>Coordinate care with respect to access to services, lab tests, case management, primary clinician, outreach services, other agencies related to the people we serve.<span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements & Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Master of Science Psychiatric Nursing.</li> <li>Valid Prescriptive Authority in the State of Colorado in good standing.</li> <li>3 years of experience in relevant clinical setting with understanding of psychiatric services in the area of health and psychological assessment, clinical diagnosis, pharmacology, and direct consumer services.</li> </ul> <hr><hr> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Work Location: </span></strong><span data-contrast="none">This is an opportunity in the </span><strong><em><span data-contrast="none">Greater Denver Metro area,</span></em></strong><span data-contrast="none"> with limited opportunity to work remote and majority of work on-site. </span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Shift/Hours:</span></strong> Our opportunities for Providers take place during standard business hours (8 AM -5 PM, Monday through Friday).</p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Physical Requirements:</span></strong> Requires sitting, standing, bending, and reaching.
