This position reports directly to the Vice President of Operations and plays a key role in organizational strategy and service line development.   Lead & Grow the Service Line

• Develop and execute strategies to grow Imaging and Cardiac services
• Expand outreach initiatives including mobile mammography
• Identify opportunities for service line expansion and partnerships

Build Relationships

• Partner with physicians and community organizations
• Serve as an ambassador for Imaging and Cardiac services
• Collaborate across departments to improve care

Operational & Clinical Leadership

• Oversee daily operations across Imaging modalities (CT, MRI, Mammography, Ultrasound, etc.) and Cardiovascular services (Level II Cath Lab, Rehab, and Vascular Services)
• Ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered care
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and team development

Drive Performance

• Manage budget, productivity, and financial performance
• Improve efficiency, access, and patient experience
• Use data to drive decisions

Ensure Compliance & Quality

• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards
• Oversee equipment and quality programs
• Promote safety and accountability

Leadership and Cultural Expectations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• 3+ years leadership experience in Imaging required
• Cardiac experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Imaging operations and regulations
• Experience in growth or outreach preferred
