Wilson Health is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking leader to serve as our Director of Imaging and Cardiac Services—a key role responsible for advancing and growing these critical service lines.

You will play a vital role in shaping the future of Imaging and Cardiac services at Wilson Health, including our mobile mammography program. Key Perks and Benefits:

This position reports directly to the Vice President of Operations and plays a key role in organizational strategy and service line development. Lead & Grow the Service Line
- Develop and execute strategies to grow Imaging and Cardiac services
- Expand outreach initiatives including mobile mammography
- Identify opportunities for service line expansion and partnerships
- Partner with physicians and community organizations
- Serve as an ambassador for Imaging and Cardiac services
- Collaborate across departments to improve care
- Oversee daily operations across Imaging modalities (CT, MRI, Mammography, Ultrasound, etc.) and Cardiovascular services (Level II Cath Lab, Rehab, and Vascular Services)
- Ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered care
- Lead staffing, scheduling, and team development
- Manage budget, productivity, and financial performance
- Improve efficiency, access, and patient experience
- Use data to drive decisions
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Oversee equipment and quality programs
- Promote safety and accountability
- Lead with a servant leadership mindset, focused on supporting, developing, and empowering their team
- Be highly collaborative, building strong relationships across departments, with providers, and within the community
- Demonstrate accountability and follow-through, holding themselves and others to high standards while maintaining respect and professionalism

- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
- 3+ years leadership experience in Imaging required
- Cardiac experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Imaging operations and regulations
- Experience in growth or outreach preferred
