- Design recruitment campaigns to attract the best talent, including creating effective job postings, and leveraging social media and outreach.
- Work collaboratively with department and organizational leadership to develop proactive recruitment plans that meet current and projected staffing needs with emphasis on hard to fill roles.
- Ensure maximum efficiency in the configuration and workflows in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Develop and maintain a strategy for university and community relations. Serve as the liaison to build a solid student pipeline. Create regular opportunities for touch points to maintain relationships with the students in the pipeline throughout their educational journey and beyond.
- Support HR team with onboarding new employees as needed to create a top-notch candidate/new employee experience.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years successfully demonstrated experience in healthcare recruitment. Understanding of strategies that lead to success in talent acquisition.
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Self-directed, proactive, and positive, with a strong work ethic and commitment to high quality output.
