About the Role:
We are looking for individuals with a solid foundation in accounting principles and a customer-service mindset to join our Revenue IQ team as Associate Technical Account Managers (ATAMs). As an ATAM for Yardi's Revenue IQ product, you will play a critical role in working closely with clients, providing support, and delivering training on Yardi's Revenue IQ integrated solution. Yardi's Revenue IQ is a powerful and innovative solution designed to streamline and optimize revenue management in the real estate industry. With Revenue IQ, property management professionals can effectively analyze market conditions, set optimal rental pricing, and maximize revenue for their assets. Your customer-centric focus will be instrumental in supporting and training clients to achieve their asset goals and objectives.
What You'll Do:
- Manage a portfolio of clients and ensuring their success by diligently working towards asset goals and objectives.
- Utilize your strong follow-up and communication skills to conduct regular weekly calls with clients, reviewing pricing performance, and providing valuable recommendations for improvement.
- Project manage, actively monitoring progress, tracking activities, resolving problems, and generating progress reports to keep stakeholders informed.
- Leverage your troubleshooting skills to provide help desk support to clients, ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Demonstrate your strong analytical skills by preparing technical reports that collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends, helping clients make data-driven decisions.
- Attend educational workshops, staying up to date with industry publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking best practices, and actively participating in professional societies.
- Collaborate closely with other team members, offering assistance with client requests, providing setup support, and ensuring seamless team coverage.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Math, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- High comfort level with troubleshooting and problem-solving, allowing you to address client issues promptly.
- Customer service mindset and the ability to develop strong working relationships with clients.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities, ensuring effective management of tasks and responsibilities.
Helpful to have:
- Experience in Property Management and/or Revenue Management in the Multifamily industry.
