About the Role:
Yardi is seeking a Project Coordinator to support clients implementing virtual marketing solutions from LCP Media, now part of Yardi's suite of solutions. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a clear understanding of project requirements and deliverables. You'll manage all aspects of project logistics, coordinate with vendors, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. What You'll Do:
- Gain a complete understanding of requirements and project deliverables with sales/clients
- Provide clients with updates on project status
- Conduct quality control for project deliverables to verify adherence to client specifications
- Ensure that photographers meet client requirements and follow the shot list
- Adhere to the photography budget for each project
- Ensure that the photos department is adhering to each set timeline
- Coordinate with client and photographer to schedule the photoshoot
- Ensure that assets are received within 48hrs
- Manage client deliverable timelines by working with photos and development to ensure the project is on track to meet deadlines
- Track cost for each project and inform the accounting department
- Ensure that systems reflect the correct schedule and that all schedule changes and updates are made within 24 hours
Who You Are:
- High school diploma or GED
- One plus (1+) years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong data-gathering and analysis skills
- Ability to develop project plans and coordinate projects
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Customer service oriented with strong customer service skill set
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to communicate and build relationships with all levels of clients and team members
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to adapt to changing requests
Ideal to have:
- Two years of project scheduling experience preferred
