Description

About Hubble
Hubble started as one of the UK's leading PropTech startups, changing the face of commercial property. Our mission is to find the perfect home for every company, and we've built an award-winning online platform to help businesses rent, manage and share office space. After becoming the number 1 commercial property marketplace in the UK, Hubble was acquired in Jan 2025 by Yardi, a multinational real-estate technology company. This acquisition has kick-started an international expansion, and the first city we are taking on is New York!

The Role

As a New Logo Account Executive in New York, you will be one of the first hires in an exciting new team, responsible for launching and growing our sales efforts in the city. Your primary responsibilities will be generating and brokering leads for flexible office space acquisition in NYC and the surrounding areas. This will include generating and maintaining relationships with both clients and workspace providers, conducting viewings, and negotiating deals. Success is measured by revenue generated so you'll be expected to hit regular targets and close plenty of deals.

Additionally, as one of the first hires in this city you will be considered our specialist in the area, and the ‘go-to' person for insights, data, and trends. You will be expected to build upon and maintain your existing relationships in the market with various stakeholders and generally be a champion and voice for Hubble in the city.
Finally, as Hubble begins to grow in New York you will be expected to help create and maintain a positive culture within the team and demonstrate high-energy and passion for the industry and market.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the broader team in the UK, including marketing, operations, and tech, to optimize the performance in the NY market.
  • Be a Champion of Company Culture: As the NY team grows, you will be responsible for embracing and curating a positive and successful culture within the team.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in the flexible office sector in NY as either a broker/agent or with a workspace provider. Preferred for both.
