About the Role
The Solutions Consultant supports the Yardi Sales team by acting as a functional and technical subject matter expert across Yardi's solutions portfolio. This role partners closely with Sales to deliver high‑impact product demonstrations, guide prospects on best‑practice solution utilization, and articulate value propositions that help drive successful sales outcomes.
The Solutions Consultant plays a critical role throughout the sales cycle from support during the discovery and solution positioning to demonstrations, RFP responses, and client presentations while also contributing to sales enablement with creating sales tools and demonstrations scripts and participates in marketing events.
What You'll Do
- Deliver engaging, consultative product demonstrations tailored to customer business needs and industry challenges
- Advise prospects and clients on best‑practice utilization of Yardi solutions, aligning functionality to business outcomes
- Ensures the demo environment is accurate and current, including all demo data and appropriate sales applications
- Develop and refine demonstration scripts, sales tools, and supporting materials
- Assist with RFP and RFI responses, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and competitive positioning
- Maintain accurate and timely records in corporate CRM
- Support and participate in marketing events, webinars, sales meetings and industry conferences as required
- Meet or exceed defined quarterly and annual performance goals and objectives
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or business-related field is required
- Proven Experience with Cloud ERP systems is essential, familiarity with property management software solutions is a plus
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in software pre-sales, or sales, solution consulting or a similar client facing technical role is a plus.
- Understanding of related local business requirements and market standards
- Strong presentation, storytelling skills, and experience delivering software demonstrations
- Native Arabic speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Required Skills & Abilities
- Prior experience with Yardi solutions or experience with international ERP solutions
- Background in property management solutions and a good understanding of property management principles and market standards are essential
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior decision‑makers

- Strong time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
Working Environment & Travel
- Ability to work at assigned office location
- Up to 50% of travel is required across the Middle East region
- Role involves extended periods working at a computer and participating in virtual or in‑person meetings
- Regular attendance and adherence to company policies are essential
