Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Staff/Sr. Layout Engineer located in Taiwan Taipei Wugu Site.
Reporting to the Layout Team Lead, the Staff/Sr. Layout Engineer role involves responsibilities to complete PCB layout for each project to meet customer's requirement in Power Supply Unit/Power Solutions.
What a typical day looks like:
- Able to independently build component libraries, ensuring the accuracy and availability of components.
- Familiar with the workflow, including SCH ECO → PCB placement → Layout → GERBER out → Design Panel drawing → Documentation production.
- Able to effectively communicate with PCB manufacturers to resolve EQ issues during the manufacturing process.
- Have the ability to assist factories in solving DFM issues to ensure product manufacturability and productivity.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Familiar with and adhere to PCB Layout design specifications and standards.
- Having experience in power layout and understanding safety regulations related to spacing is essential, while experience in high-speed signal layout is considered even more ideal.
- At least 8 years of working experiences and 5 years minimum for power supply industry or energy storage system products.
- Bachelor's degree or above with or electrical engineering background is preferred.
- Familiar with and proficient in operating PADS software for PCB design and layout.

1. Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively collaborate with various departments to solve problems.
2. Willing to adjust work hours to accommodate company project development needs and ensure project progress.
3. Demonstrate a high level of responsibility, attention to detail, and patience to ensure design accuracy.
