Kelly Services is is searching for a Warehouse/Production Associate in the Plymouth Meeting, PA area!
Position Overview:
Your primary focus will be achieving high-quality standards and efficiency in our Biometric Warehouse and Production Center. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, spanning Biometric Event Processing, Warehouse operations, Print Production, and light Facility Maintenance. This role calls for a goal-oriented individual who can multitask and adapt based on volume and priority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist various facets of the TechCenter when volume, priorities, or business needs shift.
- Handle order processing, inventory projections and ordering, and manage internal/external communications.
- Perform picking, packing, shipping, tracking, and receiving duties.
- Manage kitting, data entry, reporting, order reconciliation, and print production.
- Support low-level maintenance and facility operations, and address onsite issues efficiently.
- Ensure accuracy in inventory records and oversee quality control of orders.
- Troubleshoot issues to find resolutions and implement preventive measures.
- Foster a team environment that promotes high-quality services and exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with internal/external customers, team members, and vendors.
- Maintain security and confidentiality of all client and member information, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Experience with production/mailhouse equipment such as printers, folders, cutters, inserters, tabbers, and scanners.
- Strong organizational, communication, critical thinking, adaptability, problem resolution, time management and planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently with self-initiative and self-motivation, as well as effectively collaborate as part of a team.
- Leadership skills and goal-oriented with career advancement in mind.
- Being a problem-solver with the ability to remain calm in high-stress situations.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment and be flexible and respond to change quickly.
- Ability to stand on feet for extended periods of time.
- Ability to provide light maintenance functions as needed.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Essential physical functions of the job include handling, grasping, lifting, climbing, pulling hand over hand, and repetitive motion.
