Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant is responsible for performing complex accounting needs for Results IT India Private Limited.  An outstanding Senior Accountant will be highly organized, have an eye for detail, be meticulous, and have the ability to prioritize multiple competing initiatives.

In this role you will:
  • Prepare documentation for External Auditors.
  • Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
  • Reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger account balances
  • Preparing financial statements
  • Assessing internal controls, including risk assessments and reviews of risk areas
  • Assist with annual audit preparations
  • Assist with tax preparation requirements
  • Work with 3rd party compliance firms to ensure accurate preparation and filing of all regulatory compliances
  • Liaison with local banks to ensure proper authorities, controls, and balances are maintained.
  • Assist with invoice reconciliation and payment processing
  • Assist the global treasurer in cash flow forecasting.
  • Coordinate transfer pricing agreement, invoicing, and reconciliation with US parent company.
  • Assist with various month-end closing tasks, as needed
We are looking for someone who has:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or another related field
  • 5 years of accounting experience
  • Certified public accountant (CPA) or certified management accountant (CMA) preferred.
  • Working knowledge of tax laws and GAAP.
  • Strong financial analysis skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and stress management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
  • Ability to train and manage staff.
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision.
  • Knowledge of Sage 100 ERP preferred
