As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you will play a key role in developing pricing templates, modeling pricing for client proposals, be part of RFP response teams, checking for pricing competitiveness with internal and external sources, develop, enhance and provide metrics and reports which aid in pricing decisions made at the product, service, business, and customer levels. Develop fact-based analytics insights to strengthen recommendations around pricing strategy and uncover opportunities to improve pricing performance. Implement pricing reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor overall pricing performance and effectiveness of pricing strategies and initiatives.
In this role you will:- Plan and execute the Commercial and Pricing framework and proposal for any new RFP for potential Global Clients.
- Actively interact and engage with internal company partners during the RFP cycle.
- Structure cost saving/ revenue improving initiatives on an ongoing and ad-hoc basis for existing and potential clients.
- Prepare dashboards with key analytics for the leadership, undertake projects aimed at simplification of the processed and improving competitiveness of our proposals.
- Participate in creation of processes and structural foundations for ensuring compliance to the Commercial guidelines.
- Understand the key nuances to automation and AI for driving Pricing and Commercial during the RFP cycle.
- Assist with client contract negotiations.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Business Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Pricing or closely related field.
- Proficiency in a wide range of analytical, quantitative, and statistical techniques and tools to derive insights from large and complex sets of business data.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and CRM software.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Experience at ResultsCX or BPO industry.
- A Master's degree in Finance is preferred.
- Experience with commercial model (Gain share, Outcome based).
- Display understanding of Revenue Accounting in BPO industry.
