Description

Job Title- IT PMO

Pay rate: $70 per hour

Duration: 12 months
W2 contract only (No C2C)

Location- REMOTE (EST time zone)

Required skill set:

  • IT Project management
  • SAP experience
  • Data conversion

General PMO

  • Develop and manage a project plan to ensure the Automation project is completed on time.
  • Track actions and tasks effectively based on the project plan.
  • Escalate issues, risks, and decisions impacting scheduled delivery to DG Leads, including scope changes.
  • Provide regular status updates and report outs as per the communication plan.
  • Foster a collaborative environment and ensure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Align resources to the plan and assess capacity by defining, allocating, and prioritizing resources effectively while continuously monitoring and adjusting.
  • Work with DG Leads to implement a feedback loop to assess the effectiveness of deliverables with end users.
  • Create a log for reassignments to track missed deadlines and workload distribution for future cycles.
  • Ensure automation documentation is complete for sustainability, including attrition, knowledge transfer, and DCO knowledge.
  • Implement data analyst demos/feedback sessions to ensure a consistent approach and deliverables.
  • Provide technical support overview and updates.

Technical Support

  • Liaise with the data team to secure timely inputs for automation processes.
  • Troubleshoot roadblocks encountered by analysts in data workflows.
  • Manage source-to-target mapping feedback cycles for updates.
  • Identify source data access and delivery frequency requirements.
  • Support environment changes and manage associated software licensing for analysts (volume break/fix).
  • Initiate hardware upgrades to enhance volume processing and efficiency.
  • Ensure data workflows are documented, establishing a standardized approach and sustainable processes.
  • Maintain documentation on environment setup, refresh schedules, databases, and related processes.
