Title and Summary
Manager, Product Management, NAM Security Solutions OverviewMastercard develops and delivers world-class products and services for its customers across the globe. As part of the North America (NAM) Services organization, the Security Solutions Organization is focused on the product marketing, sales enablement, market management, and commercialization of security, cyber, identity, and decisioning products that drive value and a better experience for issuers, acquirers, merchants, and consumers.
This candidate will play a pivotal role in partnering with the global product and regional customer teams to support our subscription management and dispute solutions. The candidate will also ensure the products are successful throughout all phases of the lifecycle – create, sell, deliver, and run. The candidate will have responsibility for coordinating and scaling sales efforts, including the achievement of revenue targets; all with the goal of delivering value for Mastercard and our customers.
Role
• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for Ethoca's Clarity Subscription Controls and lend support to the other Ethoca suite of products and services.
• Take a data-driven approach to product enhancement by identifying opportunity areas, contributing to the Product roadmap, and prioritizing work to deliver against key areas of focus.
• Leverage the Studio framework to manage the delivery of ongoing innovation and enhancements by embracing the commercialization process from ideation to launch, ensuring that products are positioned effectively in the market.
• Evaluate and utilize customer insights to drive product improvements and strategic decisions
• Take ownership of product launch activities, including training internal teams, hosting external webinars, and monitoring post-launch performance.
• Collaborate with global partners to prioritize and align on product roadmaps.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and competitive opportunities. Leverage these insights to contribute to product roadmap discussions and strategic decision-making.
All About You
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, information systems or a related field.
• Experience with payments, disputes, or loyalty.
• Passion for security, innovation, and digital payments driven by curiosity and ingenuity.
• Experience working with Financial Institutions, Fintechs, Processors, Acquirers, Digital Partners, and Merchants.
• Ability to act with a sense of urgency.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Understanding of payments technology and application of that knowledge to address customer/market needs.
• Ability to think strategically about complex issues, driving thoughtful recommendations and action plans.
• Self-starter, highly organized, collaboration-minded and results driven.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent relationship building skills; able to build and maintain strong, positive working relationships across multiple business functions.
• Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Overnight travel required (5% - 10%).
